Saltra uses a quote-first process for LFP founding-batch orders. Before a buyer commits, we review the build path, documentation status, shipping route, timeline, and purchase method.
Main rule
No blind checkout.
Buyers may request best direct Saltra pricing, marketplace checkout protection for eligible orders, or both options before deciding.
Quote requests
Quote requests do not guarantee inventory, price, shipment, or supplier allocation. They start the configuration, documentation, and supplier-validation process.
Purchase path
For eligible orders, Saltra may offer a direct Saltra quote, marketplace checkout option, or both. Marketplace pricing may be higher because platform fees, seller costs, and shipping handling are included.
Best direct Saltra pricing
Direct Saltra orders may offer better pricing than marketplace checkout. Direct orders are handled under Saltra’s stated quote, shipping, return, and issue-resolution terms.
Platform protection option
Some buyers may prefer third-party marketplace checkout. If Saltra offers that option for a specific order, the buyer should follow the marketplace’s checkout, return, and dispute process.
Before payment
What Saltra confirms before a founding-batch order.
Voltage, cell count, application, and whether the buyer needs cells only or a matched builder path.
Available datasheets, supplier claims, QR traceability, production date, test reports, UN38.3, SDS/MSDS, and related documents when available.
Lithium battery products may require ground, freight, special packaging, documentation, and carrier acceptance.
Direct quote, marketplace checkout option, or both options if available for that order.
Returns and issue resolution
Conditional 30-day return policy.
Saltra may offer a conditional 30-day return policy on eligible direct orders. Return eligibility depends on the product type, condition, documentation, shipment method, safety requirements, and whether the product has been installed, modified, damaged, cycled, abused, or used outside the agreed application.
Cells and batteries must not be returned without written authorization. Lithium batteries may require compliant packaging, labeling, documentation, and approved shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
No surprise substitutions
Supplier or model changes require buyer approval.
If a quoted cell model, supplier batch, documentation status, shipping route, or major component changes before fulfillment, Saltra will notify the buyer. The buyer may approve the updated path or decline before final order commitment when applicable.
Important limitations
Battery builds require responsible use.
Saltra provides product guidance and documentation review, but the buyer is responsible for safe installation, correct wiring, proper BMS configuration, overcurrent protection, charger settings, enclosure safety, local code compliance, and use within product limits.
Saltra does not authorize unsafe, undocumented, or non-compliant shipping of regulated battery products.
