No. It is a bare-cell product. A four-cell set is a 12V-class builder path and still requires compatible protection, charging, interconnects, fuse, wiring, insulation, mechanical restraint, and enclosure.
Does a BMS or charger come with the cells?

Can I use an LFP BMS or charger?
