A 12V LiFePO4 builder kit is more than four cells. The build needs matched cells, a 4S BMS, charger, busbars, insulation, optional active balancer, and safety accessories.

Cells
The typical 12V LiFePO4 builder path uses four 3.2V cells in series for a 12.8V nominal pack.
BMS
The BMS should match 4S LiFePO4 voltage limits and the current needs of the load.
Charger
A 12V LiFePO4 pack usually needs a 14.6V LiFePO4 charger matched to the battery and BMS.
Safety kit
Fuses, disconnects, cables, lugs, insulation, and clean documentation make the build easier and safer to support.
